Aldo C  Arecco is managing principal of Excellentia Consulting  LLC. , a Florida based consulting firm serving local business primarily within Transportation, Online Commerce, and  International Trade industries.  Mr. Arecco has been working in Project Management and Business Processes Improvement for over 10 years. During that time, he has managed internal and external cross, functional teams, with good success especially in the deployment of the project and achieving savings related to eliminating waste and gaps on logistics, operational and systems procedures. Clients include many sectors, but we can count IT Services, Hospitality, Wholesale and Retail distributors with local and international operations.

Mr. Arecco is certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2010, he has Master degrees in International Business from Nova Southeastern University, and also an M.B.A. degree from Universidad del Pacifico from Lima, Peru and Technologic Institute of  Monterrey ( ITESM, Mexico), two of the best business schools in Latin America. He also is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Mr. Arecco started his career as a Naval officer in the Peruvian Navy when he graduated the Naval Academy in 1993 at the age of 21, with a bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering. Spend over 12 years as an officer onboard War Ships and Oil Tankers.  He accomplished to be a Ship Captain and a Technical Manager at the Telecommunications Naval Department. The military experience forged the values of discipline commitment and teamwork. Academic and Work experience include countries like Peru, Mexico, United States and briefly in China also.

Mr. Arecco was a guest Professor of   Project Management for the Faculty of Universidad del Pacifico and Maritime Transportation for the Peruvian Exporters Association (ADEX). He was a designated Auditors for the “First Operational Excellence Award 2013”, recognizing best practices and productivity key indicators among participant Companies, many of the big players on their industries. As a Business Consultant, I help small companies to create effective business plans and applied Systems solutions to simplify operations and improve client satisfaction. Married from 2004 with my wife Karen, and 2 Children Francisco and Carlito.
